Sudheer Raju is a seasoned IT consultant & entrepreneur who has lived in the USA for over 25 years. With more than 20 years of property investment experience in India, he has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by NRIs from safeguarding land against encroachment to navigating complex legal processes, finding trustworthy buyers, & ensuring smooth repatriation.
To address these concerns for the NRI community, Sudheer founded REvalu — a trusted advisor offering transparent, end-to-end NRI property management in India, designed to protect and maximize the value of NRI-owned properties. He frequently hosts seminars & webinars on NRI property management & actively engages with the Telugu NRI community across the USA through both national & regional platforms.
In addition to his work in real-estate services, Sudheer is an angel investor in IT & green energy startups, fostering innovation in both the United States & India.

What began as simple support — site visits, property checks, and legal documentation — soon revealed a deeper need. Most NRIs didn’t just want help — they wanted trusted, proactive oversight and a clean, safe path to buying or selling property in India.
