Refunds and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by Anvi Ventures Private Limited, operating REvalu NRI Real Estate Services.

1. Resale Property Services

Marketing your property for resale with REvalu is free. We do not charge an upfront fee, so there is nothing to refund. REvalu earns only a commission on a successfully completed sale.

2. Property Management Subscriptions

You may cancel the $199-a-year property management plan at any time. You must cancel at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis for unused full months of service.

3. Legal and Advisory Services

Fees for legal document review, Encumbrance Certificate retrieval, and title checks are non-refundable once work has started.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. If a refund is delayed, email enquiry@revalu.in.
